3000 and 6000 PSI fittings

The fittings are made of forged or bar steel, according ANSI B.16.11. standard.

Check valve

Chick valves with free flow in one way and blockead in the oteher way for preventing revese flow and stopping back pressure in hydraulic and pnematic circuits.
In the valve, there is an automatic lock system with a piston and a spring.

Condensing pots

The two different standard condensing pots are supplied with half couplings, threaded or socket weld, according to the following: – NPT threads, ANSI B2.1 – SW, ANSI B16.11 Couplings are 3000 psi.
Manufactured in two standard versions – Series AC. In carbon steel – SS Series. Type 316/316L stainless steel or A335 P11.

MANIFOLDS

Minifluid

Miniature needle valves for low and medium pressure suitable for oil and compressed air.
Manufactured in brass. Threated and tubing ends up to 1/2”. Working pressure up to 64 bar and 100oC.

Minor valve

Needle valves designed for panel mounting. The valve design permits a precision regulation of the flow and obtains an outlet flow without pulsations. Because of their high performance they are suitable for control panel.
Dimensions from 1/8” to 1/2” in straight and angle pattern. The connectors can be male, female, double ferrule compression fitting for tubing or mixt.

Needle valve

Needle regulating valves suitable for instrumentation circuits and generally high pressure lines up to 4″ diameter.

Piston valve

Quick opening valves to isolate manometers and pressure gauges for low pressure pipelines.
The instrument comes back to zero smoothly thanks to the design of the valve. Threaded connections 1⁄2”: – NPT, as per ASME B1.20.1 – BSPP, British Standard Pipe Parallel , as per DIN 259, ISO 228/1 Materials: Manufactured in brass with NBR O rings and Steel spring.

Pressure damp

Pulsation dampeners for instrumenta- tion, working pressure up to 400 Bar. 1/4” and 1/2” threaded connections. The regulation is performed by a high-preci- sion screw that can adjust the pressure. Versions for low and high pressure.
Three standard materials are available: Serie AC. Carbon Steel UNE 36011 Serie SS. Stailnes Steel 316 Serie LA. Brass DIN17600 *Only for low pressure NBR packing (NBR) up to 100 oC (212 oF). Optional could be supplied with viton (FPM) up to 200 oC (329 oF)

Syphones

The siphons are protective elements that are mounted between the instrumentation and the process. Avoid direct contact of aggressive fluids that could damage the instruments.
The syphon acts as a thermal barrier to dissipate the heat and reduce whiplash caused by the fluid. They are made of seamless steel pipe , carbon steel or stainless steel and in diameters of 1/4 ” , 3/8 ” and 1/2 ” and thicknesses to ANSI B36.10 and B36.19

Twin ferrule fittings

Those fittings are designed for a wide range of leak- free application including gas leak proof and vacuum service. Each Redfluid double ferrule ittings consists of four precision engineered parts, the body a front ring a back ferrule and a tightening nut all designed to provide secure leak proof joints
